Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Xorlixnz.com (the “Service”), operated by KoruPlay Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract under New Zealand law.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login details secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts for breach or risk reasons.

2) Social casino / virtual coins (no cash value)

• The Service is a social casino arcade for entertainment only.
• Virtual coins/credits/items (“Virtual Coins”) have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or anything of real-world value.
• No withdrawals, cash-outs, or prizes of real-world value are offered or permitted.
• Virtual Coins are licensed to you, non-transferable, and may be modified, reset, or removed (including on suspension/termination), to the extent permitted by law.

3) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automate play, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or attempt to access accounts/systems without authorisation.
• Do not buy, sell, or trade accounts or Virtual Coins.

4) User content and IP

We and our licensors own the Service and related intellectual property. If you submit content (e.g., profile names, chat), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, display, and moderate it for operating the Service. You must have rights to what you submit and must not infringe others’ rights.

5) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access (with or without notice) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a security/fraud risk, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot exclude under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where applicable).

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to NZD $100, unless a higher amount is required by law.

8) Disputes and governing law

Contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
